New Work Inkubator

The New Work Incubator sees itself as a contact point for impulses from employees on New Work in order to implement them transparently through communication and demonstration.

We are an open group of people interested in the SCC that promotes cultural change towards modern working methods, effective collaboration and a needs-oriented working environment. All employees, regardless of whether they are actively involved or not, will be confronted with changes in their everyday working lives as a result of New Work. Accordingly, we would like to:

... give all employees the opportunity to contribute their concerns, ideas and impulses in relation to New Work.

... continue to educate ourselves and experiment with new methods.

We take up the resulting suggestions, support them in their exploration and implementation and contribute to the clarification and creation of organizational framework conditions. However, we do not take the lead in implementing new ideas ourselves, but rather create the framework conditions for "participation". To this end, we work transparently, approach all employees in an active, appreciative and open manner and facilitate the exchange and transfer of knowledge across the boundaries of departments and hierarchical levels with the aim of promoting this cultural change within the SCC.

Glossary

When we wrote this together, we had to clarify some of the terms used in this mission statement. We therefore decided to create a glossary. Feel free to contact us if you need more clarification.

  • Cultural change: A change in the way we do things

  • Employees: All people working at SCC

  • New Work: Everything that concerns the pillars and levels of the New Work House

  • Open group: Anyone can join and leave again

  • Participation: Actively contributing ideas and lowering the threshold for becoming active and implementing topics yourself
