Enterprise Applications (SAP, Campus Management)

	Campus Management for Students (Student Portal) The Campus Management Portal for Students (Student Portal) is the campus management platform for students and offers various IT services for self-service students (course catalogue, personal timetable, exam registration and cancellation, download of various certificates, etc.).
	Campus Management System (CAS Campus) The Campus Management System "CAS Campus" is the central information system at KIT for the management of all processes related to studying and teaching.
	Campus Plus Portal (Campus+) Central portal that supplements functions for campus and application and admissions management (BZM) with in-house developments (+). It currently contains the BZM+ applications with an improved interface for application management and the SignMeUp software for carrying out registration processes.
	bwCard Portal for the KIT-Card The portal enables KIT members to manage their KIT Card centrally. Users can view their card data, display personal card data, block the KIT Card if lost and store portrait pictures and the issuing campus for new cards. In addition, pick-up information including QR code is displayed and the activation of KIT Cards is supported in individual cases. Students can register or deregister their KIT Card as a European Student Card via the portal.
	Conference Management with Indico The Indico tool allows you to manage complex conferences, workshops and meetings. The following categories are integrated: International, National, KIT, SCC. Webinterface: https://indico.kit.edu
	Flextime recording system The SCC maintains the hardware and software of the flextime recording system. This includes the flextime terminals installed at KIT for recording clock-in and clock-out times and the associated backend system.
	KI-Toolbox The KI-Toolbox offers KIT employees convenient, web-based access to artificial intelligence (AI) through various large language models (LLMs). Local models are available that ensure maximum data sovereignty and are operated exclusively at the SCC. In addition, external models from the cloud (Azure, Google) are available for generic tasks without enabling the identification of individuals and without using input data for model training. To access the KI-Toolbox, you must successfully complete the AI training course on KOALA or ILIAS.
	KIT-Card - Provision of the IT infrastructure The KIT Card is a multifunctional chip card for employees, students and guests at KIT. It can be used as a visual identity card, library card, wallet, vehicle entry authorisation card, for recording working hours, etc. The SCC provides the necessary IT infrastructure for the KIT Card, which is required for the production and the life cycle of the KIT Cards.
	Personal communications directory (self-service) The KIT-wide personal communications directory is provided by the SCC and offers both a self-service in the employee portal (my.scc.kit.edu) to edit one's own communication data and a search mask for a search in the communication data of all employees, guests and partners.
	SAP systems The SAP systems support a wide range of administrative business processes and are used by various service units. SAP ERP functions include financial accounting, procurement and materials management, human resources management and much more.
	UP - User Portal for SAP applications The User Portal (UP) provides SAP applications for KIT employees and is the successor to the SAP Web Portal.
